5. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or stated in our policies.

Pat’s Herbals offers a mobile messaging program (the “Mobile Message Service”).

By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and providing the required consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring informational or promotional SMS or text messages from or on behalf of Pat’s Herbals at the mobile telephone number you provided.

Depending on the consent you provide and the messaging program you join, messages may include:

You may also revoke your consent through any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your desire to stop receiving text messages from Pat’s Herbals.

Wireless carriers and telecommunications providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery depends on effective transmission by wireless carriers, telecommunications providers, internet providers, messaging providers, and other service providers and is not completely within the control of Pat’s Herbals.

We may change the telephone number, short code, toll-free number, or other sending method used to provide the Mobile Message Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
