Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Pat’s Herbals, we are committed to delivering high-quality herbal supplements sourced and handled with care. Because our products are consumable goods, we enforce strict return and refund policies to maintain safety, product integrity, and compliance with industry standards. This policy applies to all purchases made within the United States through our website at https://patsherbals.com/pages/refund-policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility (5-Day Window)

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within five (5) days of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition, completely unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. Products must remain in resalable condition without any signs of tampering, alteration, or damage. Customers are required to contact us within the 5-day return window at Support@patsherbals.com to request return authorization. Requests must include proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization, or outside of the return window, may be denied and returned to the sender.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed. Any item with a broken seal is automatically considered non-returnable. Additionally, products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, exposure to moisture, heat, or improper storage conditions will not be eligible for return. Clearance items, discounted products, and promotional purchases are also considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.


4. Return Method & Fees

All approved returns must be sent by mail. Customers are solely responsible for return shipping costs, including any tracking or insurance associated with the return. We do not provide prepaid return labels. However, we do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will be inspected to verify eligibility. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the stated conditions. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within two (2) business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider before funds are reflected in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a timely resolution, customers may be required to submit photo evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Upon verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment, store credit, or a refund at our discretion. Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. If you wish to purchase a different product, you must place a new order through our website.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pat’s Herbals is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our facility and is handed off to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package is lost or stolen, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.


9. Chargebacks & Fraud

We take fraudulent activity seriously. Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us and following this return policy may result in permanent account restrictions, refusal of future service, and reporting of the incident to the appropriate financial institutions. Abuse of our refund policy, including false claims or misuse, will not be tolerated.
